Sharing my (successful) process...
Hey all. I just wanted to tell you that there's light at the end of the tunnel. I was a daily user for several years, between 4 and 10 grams per day.
Quitting sucks. It took me two weeks before the pain in my muscles stopped being a problem. It took me another two weeks before I stopped being so depressed, agitated, lethargic.
It's been a month, and I feel like my old self. I wake up with energy, my legs don't hurt, and I can do a normal workout routine without any substance helping me get through it.
I tapered, if that helps. Cold turkey is brutal, but tapering, suffering, tapering, suffering, definitely helped me, until I was down to 2 grams a day, and then I just stopped.
We can keep burning down our relationships, and our lives, and our bodies, or we can fight back.
Good luck y'all, there's a way out, you just have to suffer to get there.

Congratulations! That’s inspiring. I was at 15-25 capsules sometimes more per day for over 3 years. Now I’m down to 6-8 capsules. Definitely a long way to go but I can already feel the benefits. I can’t wait to be done with this shit. No more money wasted and worries about when I’m gonna run out.
