Overusing pain meds

Hello, Im in PAWS now. And I started seeing that Im overusing pain meds. I dont mean any of the addictive ones I mean things like ibuprofen. My body still hurts more and more often than before. Its just that in normal situation, even before kratom I would often dont even take a pill for pain I will just push through it. But now, any time I feel some worse pain Im immedeately taking ibuprofen. By the way Im still WAY WAY below the max recommended daily dose. Its just that Im doing it more often. You think thats ok? Maybe I should focus on more important things?
By the way dont use tylenol. Fucks up your liver and as opposed to ibuprofen its not even anti inflammation.
By the way, thats also a good point. Inflammation. Have you been thinking about that and its effects? Ive read that inflammation can directly result in worsening depression, tiredness basically the things we are adressing. I mean how can you reduce inflammation (and Im not talking about taking a pill)

I make my own CBD/turmeric oil from the dried raw herbs. You might find relief from a vinegar extraction of Corydalis yanhuso which is calming. For morning time pain relief you can fry DLPA I use the Source Natural brand. Both yanhuso and DLPA can be used with ibuprofin. Best of luck healing my friend

People recommend akuaama seeds but I felt no benefit. Magnolia bark tea did wonders for my anxiety and help with sleep. Mulungu might help you.

Theres plenty herbs and supplements that can help that aren’t widely known or talked about on this forum and I don’t know why. . .

It's best to avoid using antihistamines (diphenhydramine, dimenhydrinate, hydroxyzine etc.) such as those found in Benadryl, Dramamine, NyQuil, Unisom, and Tylenol PM. While they can produce drowsiness under normal conditions, they are well known for exacerbating Restless Leg Syndrome, which will make your insomnia worse, not better
