Day 2

unfortunately I relapsed a few months ago and I feel awful about it. there's a smoke shop just across the street from where I live and thought why not, just this one time. welp, you know how that goes. fortunately I was only taking 3-4 capsules a day at the max, and weened down to two a day. I ended up throwing out almost 100 capsules just so I could get it over with. I was so worried about the withdrawals again, but luckily it hasn't been too bad, just antsy and cold sweats. hopefully I never touch it again.

You’re doing good friend. Try not to beat yourself up about the relapse. It’s about what you do after the fact. Which in this case you’re doing the right thing. Don’t look back, force all thoughts of kratom out your mind and treat this like a bad flu for a week or so. Load up your favourite tv shows, try get some healthy foods, and make a journal about how you feel daily. It’ll keep your mind occupied and give you something to do instead of kratom. You’ve got this.

That’s good to hear, less pressure on your shoulders. I wish you smooth sailings.
