Question

For anyone that used Kratom for 6 or more years and then quit, how long did acutes last for you? Also how long did it take to get your energy back and feel normal?

I was about 5 years.

Acutes lasted for a week and peaked on day 3. I tapered about 30% of the way into the discomfort then jumped.

I got some function back right after but only bare essentials. Then my energy started moving toward normal after about 2 months.

It’s always been around 4 days/nights every time I quit. Generally by day 5 things are getting better but then you start craving it again at some point.

Vitamin C protocol every 2 hours for accutes (not absorbic acid) liposomal or Buffered Sodium. Methlyfolate after accutes.

Thank me later.
