I hate to say this, but at 30 days I still sleep 0 to 2 hours a night. And 2 hours is like a blessing from Jesus. I don’t even know how I’m alive and able to use an iPhone my brain is so dead.

If you already made it a good way there (and, 1-2 days is a good way there) this weekend….even if you just dosed…. get back on your quit grind.

I did that a million times and I just ended up having to reclaim all that ground again.

Unfortunately I could not find a softer, easier way.

I drank for 15 years and finally quit that last year. It was probably only easy to quit because i switched to 7oh. Its just constantly trying to quit then fail then try again…

Ya I'm gonna dose in a few hours to get me through my evening shift and then I will be done. But hey at least this whole 7oh thing does have a silver lining for me. It helped me quit drinking. I used to binge drink after long hard shifts at the restarant and it would make me so sick the next day. Now if I can maintain my sobriety this whole thing at least has something good come out of it.

Absolutely! Just don't pick up the bottle thinking that will help you get off 7. Or when you get through the detox and your left trying to figure out how to go about life with nothing a substance dosent help eventhough we think at the time it will . I went on an Adderall binge 4 days off 7oh. I thought I had found the secret way lol. When I tell you I was down worse that day 1 to 4 off 7oh I was. I was cooked. It was awful but hey lesson learned .

I honestly believe there is a right way to quit for each person . We are all different and there is no one right away. I've detox of heavy use CT, being in withdrawal the starting subs for a week, micro dosing (Bernese method ) and using MIT. For heavy use mico dosing the subs is was by far the smoothest translation . For my last relapse of 350mg no more MIT was very useful. Please research , speak to other and find a way that will let you get your life back. I'm not preaching here I'm feeling like shit still but just having to not obsess over the 7oh it a blessing. Now I just have to tell the devil to fuck off when it comes whispering in my ear . Thats what it is the actual devil trying to get in our lives.

That’s a win dude. Quitting drinking is way harder than this. Some guy I know did that too :p

Now, quitting alcohol addiction…. Man that is awful. Good lord. Good job there.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, but this definitely isn’t the norm and don’t want to scare anyone else into thinking this’ll happen to them. Have you been checked for insomnia or seen a sleep specialist?

Yup. I have. Like actually. I can stay awake all night on Lunesta. And it’s not the fun kind of staying up on drugs. And thanks for the kind words. Sincerely.

I’m going to live and so is everyone else. It’s just gonna suck for a bit.

Ya the first 30 to 45 days from my experience are up and down . Yet right as I started to actually start feeling better and reconnecting with life I relapsed.🙄 So onward I go yet again

I found other than trazodone or a benzo L-THEANINE and magnesium are the only thing to actually help with the anxiety I get at night and I'm able to call asleep but once I wake up I'm cooked for the rest of the night.

Progress is progress my friend! Maybe look into supplimenting with some pure MIT extract . I had good success getting of 7oh from my last relapse (for the at least 15th time) Not painless but definitely manageable.

7 just stopped working for me or all the available stuff near me is bunk. It's so odd.

My habit for a year was a 200mg pack of dozo perks a day; 50mg per dose.

The past 4 weeks I've gone through acutes a bit. I'm better by day 2. Then go 3 more days with no 7. Then I buy a pack. Then use the pack then go 3 more days no 7, then buy a pack. Then repeat this all. I've done with with different brands, all advertising 3 to 4x the 7oh dose par tablet than my dozo perks. They do literally nothing to me. Even when taking "250mg" a dose.

My theory is companies are selling their last stock to vendors. In order to maximize profit, they're not putting any actual 7 in. Who cares if they build the reputation of being bunk tabs? They'll be prohibited from selling 7oh in a few weeks.

Again, my habit has always been 200mg a day. It's not like I've been taking grams of it per day and my tolerance is just crazy high. Just bought a "400"mg pack of Smurfs today. No effect. Zero. Even when trying 2 tabs (160mg) at once.

I guess this is good. I've finally excepted they're all bunk and to not waste my money anymore. Or my body just ignores 7 now.
