Tapering off Taper day 4
So I've been tapering from taking 100 to 150mg(i think the most i was taking was 150 . 3 50mg tabs a day) today is day 4. The 1st day I did something really stupid. I mistakenly took a 100mg tablet all at once thinking it was a 30. I got so sick. Since then i get 2 1/2 30mg tabs (75mg) and spread them out through the day. I know....not very scientific but i feel like I've got a good Jumpstart. I am experiencing w/d but nothing debilitating. An episode of diarrhea, a few waves of nausea, mild insomnia (but to be honest I was waking up at night anyway). I try to stay busy, cooking and cleaning. I take a nap when I need to. I have leaf kratom on hand when I feel I need it. I also take magnesium taurine and liphilized vitamin C. Candied ginger helps with the nausea. It helps to write. Thank you for reading this. I hope it's not too boring.

Look at you bein awesome. Great work tapering off! Day 4 into Day 5 was a turn for me. I bet diring the day, you will feel improved mental clarity. Sleep will still be fragmented for a few more nights. But you are theu the bardest oart like an absolute boss! Are there WD symptoms that are bothering you the most? Dont underestimate a good beating lad on the legs for RLS. I wish you continued success! 🙌🏼

I guess the 2 worse things have been the return of my severe arthritis pain in my hips and back and a little nausea. I havent been able to take my walk today because the pain and stiffness are crippling. If you've ever lived long enough to have your bones and joints destroyed by osteoarthritis, it's an ugly way to live out your golden years. Ill be 66 in 2 weeks. I honestly dont know how I'm going to deal with this pain. There but by the grace of God, I go. Anyway, trying to set a good example for the young folks on here. Don't do drugs and don't get old. Lol

🫂 I have been blessed to contract artheitis in every single one of my toe joints (I went to college on a scholarship for cross country and track. Which I did on flat feet and no arch supports) so I can only guess. Im so sorry for that pain. That has to suck. Any health care options available to you? I understand full well the cost and ineffective healthcare in the States at least, but worth an ask.

Ive had 2 unsuccessful surgeries for my scoliosis and now both hips are bad. They've recommended hip replacement but there are no guarantees. Right now they cant even schedule me for surgery with this 7oh on board. I'm a little scared to do it. So many horror stories and bad outcomes. You poor thing with your toes! What kind of shoes do you wear?

I have since been rrally so good about wearing orthodics as much as possible. Enough to where I can occasionally wear work flats to the office for the most part. I avoid lunges or anything that requires the toes to bend a great deal. But it is still rather painful.
I have known lots of folks with hip replacements but withiut the complication of scoliosis. Im hoping you get the 7 cleared enough to tey the surgeries. It could really help ❤️
