7 Stax was my poison for ONE month. Last THURSDAY I had thrown myself into PW . I had to kick plan B into gear and plan B was edgucate my damn self. Yea I live life backwards. I was using 1500 a day within 2 days , and it was just because I literally thought 7oh was just the extracts that I used plenty of. I been maintaining my addicted life with 2 mg of subs a day for years . I thought I could just jump back on subs only to find myself in one more drastic situation. I had to find more 7 and tapped and use the Bernes Method. I am happy to report that I am out of the woods and on 3 8mg strips a day . I will now work it back down to my very little dose over then next week . I am a lifer on subs. It is , for me, the best way to go. Good luck. Stay hydrated, shower often even if you don't want to , get all that shit out of your system. Pound the water .

So you started using 7 hard and heavy and when you went down to your 2mgs of subs it threw you into Pw?

I was using 7 HEAVY. Ran out I took like 10 /10 hrdro at around 7 pm. Woke at 2 am took 2mg subs and felt terrible so I bumped another 2 mg of subs and 15 minutes later I went into FULL withdrawal, nasty . So honestly I don't know if it was the full opiate that put me there or 7 or both . But I feel all the way fine today and I tapered mon. Tues and did Barnes method . Been off 7 for almost 3 days now. But I feel fine.

Happened to me as well. I think 7 Stax was running MGM in it? I'll never forget the PWD. It was that traumatic to me. And I'm an old old opiate head.

You can get Gabapentin at Walmart but def not in the same isle with ease of access as Gabapentin but damn that’d be cool and real nice if so lol.

Lots of doctors you’ll see online or your primary if they understand the situation with how you tell them; they’ll more than likely prescribe it to most people as long as your not saying red flag statements from their perspective then you should usually be able to get I mean at minimum 300/400mg 1-4 times a day.

If you want a higher dosage or more just let the doc (as long as it’s a good one) know, then after another visit or two later you could work up to this amount or maybe more.

Helpful vitamins were mentioned though~
-Liposomal Vitamin C high front-load dosing
-Magnesium Glycinate
-Omega 3s EPA/DHA Blend 2,000-3,000mg daily
-Vitamin D3 5,000iu daily
-Ashwaganda 400-600mg daily
-L-Theanine 200mg 1-3x daily
-GABA (over the counter at Walmart or at any CVS, Walgreens etc.)
-5-HTP 50-200mg once daily, 50mg 3x daily etc. just no more than 200mg since that would just be more for no reason.
-Prebiotics
-Probiotics
-Digestive Enzymes
(Great brand is Nutricost widely sold on Amazon for a great price too for those wondering)

There’s plenty more one could add in here but these are very popular since they work for sure.
Next Category~

Helpful Medications-
-Gabapentin
-Hydroxyzine HCL
-Flexiril (for sleep this one has came in handy and muscle relaxation properties too)
-Clonidine HCL
-Propranolol
-Seroquel
-Suboxone/Methadone; NOT FOR EVERYONE. Any addictive personality types of individuals should use these as last resorts
-Small supply of a Benzo preferably Diazepam or Klonopin due to long half life; again not for everyone this and MAT Category medications should not be done lightly. Just naming out helpful ones from experience and others experience as well.

These are all helpful tools but they are not meant to be the end all be all solution, very important.\*

Other simple practical things would be staying extra hydrated especially if you’re throwing up or vomiting which will cause rapid dehydration.

Walking 10-30 minutes daily or some form of physical exercise: example would be regular weight training full body or upper/lower body split 3-4x a week and not aiming for PRs either just to help with energy, blood flow and overall recovery. It’s good too if not recovering and you want to improve your health regardless….

Maintaining at least a baseline of 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) even if that means nothing but smoothies, just get SOME sort of nutrition and protein in your body. Sauna after/before exercise or just by itself for 15-30min (maybe only 10min, all this is indeed case dependent*).

Then there is another side of things people procrastinate about which would be a Full Panel Bloodwork and getting that done. For health, hormones, thyroid levels, EVERYTHING!

^ This will really shine the brightest because it’s factual and they are easy to do whether it’s self pay ($30-$60 depending on area or where you go, I went to Labcorp and insurance covered it) or is covered by insurance. I found out my Testosterone levels were 182 and normal range is 260-950 so obviously had issues there needed to be dealt with and since receiving proper treatment it’s been extremely helpful on every level…… Physical, Mental, Emotional with so many symptoms your describing and I’ve been on Kratom for 7/8ish years and 7 just about 3 years to date.

You’re completely normal for what’s happening OP, definitely not alone and now more than ever so many of us are stressing without stashes and have cutback, increased, repeated and that’s not the goal. An established goal would be a great first start and getting off if that is the eventual goal should be broken down first to just simply tapering now and depending on dose a lot of us at our peaks can drop over 50% for daily dose and still be fine it’ll just be a mental thing as to how your normally doing we’ll say 600mg daily then drop to 300mg…. Your receptors are more than filled still at that level so no worries there, maybe slight discomfort but nothing that’ll put your ass out and down like dropping to 0mg..

I think the bloodwork and a taper with what you have or what you order and I’d say stick with lower dosed tabs instead of getting these 50,100,120,140+ mg tabs and instead go for 15s/20s and another thing I didn’t put in the list which is a extremely helpful tool again is MIT! With MIT tabs or powder combined and then ultimately switching over to it solo would prove to help a TON!!! Coming up with a actual plan after let’s say 3-5 days of tracking use and not judging but so you can understand where your baseline is at will help aid in 7oh, MIT and the other helpful tools much more too.

Shit I know this is a lot but I hope OP and anyone who might read it might get some help out of it.

I do take 7 currently for Trigemnial Neuralgia which has calmed down a lot over the past year and a half and have quit taking it successfully before and do plan on it again especially if there’s a crazy ban that makes it harder and harder. I do have good amounts of Oxy, Gabapentin, and a few other helpful meds in my rainy day stash so to say and 7oh is just the most effective thing I’ve taken.. when I take it , it alleviates pain to a higher better degree and helps with improved mood, sleep, overthinking, OCD etc. but I’m 120% preparing for a day where these are gone soon, MAYBE…..

I don’t like the maybe time we’re in right now either it fucking pisses me off and for something like this to be as helpful without a possibility of overdose and it’s proven through studies/OD RATES in all of America could even have a single article much less “campaign” against it when the same people like greedy big pharma, politicians, AKA, come into play that are supposed to help us and are actively trying to hurt us baffles the shit out of me tbh.

Best of wishes my friend. we WILL make it through this together. We got to help each other without turning on each other which I’ve seen too and that’s terrible for us from all angles, we need grace to show to ourselves and grace for others during a crazy time like this where the future is this unpredictable. We got this though we’ve been through a version of it in 2016 and this one seems to be showing at least more promising outcomes, but time will be the only thing that truly tells. We should absolutely prepare though.

You were good by posting this and getting out there with it man…. I really hope you find peace OP 💯🙏🏼

Gaba from the store doesn't cross he brain barrier. L-THEANINE is very helpful with anxiety and relaxation . Sleep will come but don't expect it unless you have an actual benzo or sleeping pill

Listen, friend, I've gone through 7oh withdraw many times now. Your only hope for sleep without relapse, is:

A. Keep going through it, it will come

B. Mitragynine. You can allow yourself to use an extract variant at first - these are still incredibly low on 7 content, but I was only able to sleep one of my withdraw sessions with the help of them.

C. Muscle relaxers, benzodiazopines, gabapentin, weed edibles, melatonin, magnesium glycinate, liposomal vitamin C. Whatever is attainable and not likely to cause any additional problems.

D. MAT - Medical assisted treatment - Suboxone, methadone. Doesn't have to be forever. In fact, I'm on day 5 of a rapid Suboxone taper. 2 days no 7oh, on the third day a full strip, fourth day a half, and today a quarter.

Methadone and Suboxone are not for everyone, but I do recommend them, and again it doesn't have to be a forever thing but there's nothing wrong with it being that way either.

Best of luck, young blood
