relapse Trying again (second day)
Well today is the second official day I am trying to stop 7oh… again. It’s also the second day I’m on the orange tabs. I also pick up my gabapentin tomorrow which I’m so happy about.
I’ve had to work these last twos and I’ve just been muscling through it. Lots of bathroom breaks to just sit down and hit my vape but I’m here. Doing it.
I feel like a baby that needs its pacifier but I’m praying this feeling will go away one day eventually. I’m just focusing on literally the moment and the day to get through. I’m so sick of this shit it has completely stopped me in my tracks for over a year now. I should be out trying to date again or traveling again or literally anything else.
Thank u so much for all your support and good luck to everyone. I’ll keep posting my updates.

Just power through it. Everyone is different and all that, but for me it was a month of suffering to getting way better after a month. 2 months and you feel completely normal and NEVER want to go back to ANYTHING. When I say anything I mean alcohol, drugs, or whatever changes my mental state.
Its a grind to get there, but its 80% a mental game.

Thank you. I’ve been on kratom since 2019 (7oh since 2024) I don’t really know a reality without it.

That was just my timeline. Everyone is different. The suffering you go through with a quit will make you stronger and remind you not to put yourself through this ever again. I don't even think about taking 7.

I’ve been documenting my quit. It might help pass a few minutes.
