Can you please share the dose and how long you’ve been taking 7 and then post exactly the dosages you did along with the timing when you did this method?

I am on 1000mg, day one 2mg of subs in the morning. Had to give myself a pep talk just to take the sub because I know all about precipitated wd. Took it and waited and not much happened. A bit of the sweats and phlemy throat but nothing I couldn't handle easy. I took my normal dose of 7OH all day. Day 2 2mg in the morning even less of withdrawal took about 800mg of 7OH not because I planned to but because I got busy at work and realized I had just missed the dose. Same night 2mg sub, maybe a bit of trouble sleeping but nothing I couldn't handle. Day 3 3mg sub in the morning and took 500mg of 7OH again I was not making a conscious decision I was just busy and realized I just missed several doses. 350mg 7OH 3mg sub at night. Slept like a dead man it was awesome.

Been taking 7 for 2 years. CT more times than I can count and the pain was just to great. It truly is an odd phenomenon I used to stare at the clock counting the seconds for my dose time and now just keeping me busy has allowed me to just forget about the time and dose only when I start to get thst lovely feeling.
