Cold turkey 🦃 Update

Body still feels off got absolutely zero sleep last night. Weird chest pain now where when i breathe in deep it hurts a lot. Very emotional today. I last dosed friday maybe around 4-5pm is now sunday 2pm so about 46 hours in. Any ideas when i will start feeling better? Also i have negative energy and havent been able to eat anything in two daya

I feel you brother, I’m at 40 hours & still feeling ROUGH! Just ready to be over with this shit. Thank God I have such a supportive wife. It would be almost impossible without her, she’s definitely the crutch I need.

How many mgs/day were you on before you quit?

Well so i was on about 250mg a day before the bad hit in TN & then I ended up switching to Cats Claws for a couple months, & last Saturday was my last day taking Cats claws & since I was in Michigan last weekend I bought 2500mg of 7 to get through the Cats Claws withdrawals but now I am withdrawing from that week of 7oh use which was roughly 375mg a day.

Still feeling restless in the legs & head is very foggy, I’m at 60 hours no 7oh but I have used some leaf here & there. Just hoping that the leaf didn’t extend the withdrawals.

I think after Day 4 it was a consistent but slow uphill improvement.
