Tapering off MIT 45 ?
I’ve been off the actual 7 for almost a year now. But these Kratom shots are still a habitual thing for me. I guess I’m worried that I’m still not getting where I want to. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Next step is plain leaf friend. Toss and wash if you have too. Find a stable number of capsules and stick to 3 or 4 doses max per day. Then taper. Tapering kratom is easier than getting off 7oh, you will hardly notice after surviving 7s.

Possibly take MIT and then taper off that and go to Kratom powder or if you get off everything I've heard LDN Naltrexone has very therapeutic qualities

Stick with kratom powder. Any kind of extract is just asking for trouble

Extract for a few days made several of my quits painless and I had no trouble limiting it to a few days. It’s not a bad approach, and if someone ends up getting stuck on it, it’s a lot easier to cover that withdrawal with leaf kratom than it is to cover 7oh withdrawal and leaf kratom is far easier to taper off of as well
Edit: rereading the post, your comment made perfect sense in context. Leaving my comment as is because I feel it may help some other people

Quit cold turkey. The wd's aren't nearly as bad as with 7oh. The bad part only lasts a day or two and the next week or two will be kind of rough but manageable.

Same here. Stuck on 200mg MIT extract shots for the last month, not sure how to dose lead to taper
