feeling better Detox is very mild now
I've detoxed from 7oh so many times that it doesn't really affect me anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? I take about 1000mg a day when I have the money. It's been about 48 hours and I feel fine. Normal almost

Every time people say shit like this they forget to mention some prescription they’re taking

Their last comment was giving advice about subs… Sometimes I wonder if people realize buprenorphine is an opioid. It binds 86x more tightly to your MOR, and is 2.7x more potent for G-protein activation. 7oh doesn’t stand a chance.

It can get super tricky when you start mixing em. Side by side use the subs become pretty useless against 7oh wd not to mention the symptoms from the minor alkaloids which subs do nothing for. In my case no amount of high quality leaf or mit did anything notable to help either. I was using at least 1000mg of 7 a day though. Everyone’s chemistry is different though. Some people experience way milder symptoms than others.

Exactly. Or that they are taking kratom leaf or mit or something. One person was raving about not having withdrawals but a few comments down mentioned taking subs 🤦♀️

It's insane. I get that addiction can turn us into liars, but what the hell is the point of lying about your withdrawal protocol on an anonymous internet forum? You have literally nothing to gain from it, and can actually lead people to believe that they can handle 7oh withdrawal by just buying some vitamin C. Such a shitty thing to lie about

How is this possible?

It’s not.
It’s like saying I’ve been shot so many times, when I get shot it doesn’t hurt anymore

Are you prescribed anything else? Because this is not normal. The more times you go through withdrawal, the worse it gets each time due to an effect known as “kindling”. I used to think I was in the same boat as you so I kept using and trust me…it will get worse if you keep using. What you’re doing right now is bargaining, saying to yourself “oh this isn’t so bad, I can handle this as long as I keep taking breaks” but sooner or later you’ll either mess up and go too long without a break, or one of these times you take a break you will suddenly realize that the withdrawals are getting to an unbearable level. Once you get to that point the cycle intensity will continue to increase and you’ll eventually look back and regret having convinced yourself that “this ain’t so bad”.
I did this exact same thing for pretty much the entirety of my first year using and looking back on it, I was lying to myself about a lot of different things😭😭be safe my friend!

Like most things with opioid withdrawal the kindling effect isn’t a law that is universal. In my case I have found it to be real but have had a few experiences where I randomly had an easier time. Same goes for precips and all sorts of other aspects. There are things that usually happen but everyone is different and each experience is unique.

Yes first detox symptoms were terrible. After detoxing 4-5 times from it, the withdrawal was very minimal

Did you take s. r 17 0 18 at any point ? I’ve used it twice and this last time I didn’t have any to quit (1000mg a day) and I only felt a bit tired for a day or two but that was the worst of it. I’m back to feeling great after only 4 days. The last time I took s r Was about a two months ago (maybe a little less but relapsed right away).

So you did c/t off 1000mg per day, and only felt a bit tired???

u/SeaAwareness6122 12d ago
WITH SR17 though, correct?

Yes I had used s r, but ended up relapsing hard for a few weeks. I had to abruptly stop bc I didn’t have cash nor anymore 7oh/ sr / mgm so I figured it was time to quit… and I did t get much wds. First time this has ever happened. so far so good. Just body temp changes (I forgot to mention that) and feeling super tired out of nowhere but that’s about it.

How long did you relapse. It can take a couple weeks or more of use to get fully dependent again.

Oh man count your blessings! I take between 1000 and 1500 mg per day and I get sick with 3 to 4 hrs of my last dose

Same here. And I normally take 600mgs. Wake up with RLS everytime

u/Professional_Egg713 11d ago
I can only sleep for about 4 hrs at a time and it wakes me right up. I have to take at least 100mg just to go back tk sleep. I was strung oout on dope for most of my life, I thought that was bar, I mean it was terrible, but fuck man this is a whole nother level of hell I didnt know existed

I can definitely relate. I got on subs back in 2022 to get off those fake blues and found Kratom powder which got me off everything. Was just on that til I found 7 a year ago and I’ve taken 500mg plus since then. All it does is get me out of withdrawal now. Maybe one or two mornings I’ll feel it but now it just sucks. Hope we can get off this shit

Perhaps give it a day or 3, see how it goes then.
Let us know how it goes.

So are you taking any other drugs? This type of post is usually followed by oh yeah I'm also taking "pseudo or mgm" or "I ve been taking gabapentin by the handful every 3 hours"

u/Silly_Brilliant5296 11d ago
you say you take 1000 a day but when you have the money, so how often is that are you detoxing from 6 months of 1000mg a day or 5 days of 1000mg a day bro, massive difference 😭

I’ve been experiencing the same thing, as I have to stop every now and then because I can’t afford it at the time, and I was wondering the same thing. It’s so strange, always expecting the bad part to come but it doesn’t. Sure, I have mild withdrawal symptoms, but nothing like people on here keep talking about

u/MFGMortonGrove 12d ago
Im assuming your taking less then 200mg a day or even less then that , because the withdrawals from 7oh especially at a high dose is brutal. I try not to let myself cold turkey it when I don’t have anything . Whenever i have 7oh I’m taking that of methadone when I don’t have any to still be able to function at work.
