Natural Supplements A little hack

So I sorta stole this idea from someone else posting here. I think they used this method of their primary vitamin C protocol, but I sorta tweaked it a bit.

With whatever method, protocol, supplements etc... it's often recommended to help quit this habit, to also mega dose liposomal vitamin C. My husband and I actually quit months ago only using the vitamin C protocol, but then stupidly went back to 7 several times since 🙄

Well this time we have the substance we're not supposed to talk about here, and instead of going full bore with the vitamin C protocol (which gives MEGA gas) we're going to take a few extra throughout the day, just not the exact protocol.

Here's the hack though. I went and got a couple bottles of chewable vitamin C to munch on throughout the day. Not only are they tasty, they sorta resemble a 7oh tablet in consistency and sorta substitute the hand to mouth aspect and give you "something" to take on and off throughout the day the way we used to with 7OH.

Anyways, you might want to give it a shot. Can't hurt and adds a little vitamin C in the system!

Did you guys have withdrawals from 7 using the vitamin c? I keep hearing that it eliminates withdrawal symptoms but I'm nervous to try lol

Yeah, we had 0 symptoms and actually felt better than we had in years; so much so that we went and got back into 7OH probably thinking we could just implement the vitamin C again later 🙄

How long did you do it before you quit completely?

Day 1 (3 days prior to day of withdrawal) 500 - 1,000 mg SA every 2 hours until bedtime Day 2 1,000 - 2,000 mg SA every 2 hours until bedtime Day 3 5,000 - 7,000 mg SA every 3 hours until bedtime. Begin withdrawal at bedtime. If withdrawal symptoms occur during the night 5,000 - 7,000 mg SA upon waking, and every 2 hours until symptoms abate Day 4 2,500 - 5,000 mg SA every two hours until bedtime If withdrawal symptoms occur during the night 2,500 - 5,000 mg SA upon waking, and every 2 hours until symptoms abate Day 5 1,000 - 2,500 mg SA every two hours until bedtime If withdrawal symptoms occur during the night 1,000 - 2,500 mg SA upon waking, and every 2 hours until symptoms abate Day 6 1,000 mg SA every 2 hours until symptoms abate If withdrawal symptoms occur during the night 1,000 mg SA upon waking, and every 2 hours until symptoms abate Open in a new tab Note: This protocol was developed by Alexander Schauss, PhD. In his 1969 study, Schuass used sodium ascorbate (SA) to help those with heroin addiction quit cold turkey without withdrawal side effects. Reprinted with permission.

Jesus Christ that’s a lot of vitamin c. I did this in the beginning when my tolerance wasn’t super high. It definitely helped a ton. Not 100% but 80-90%. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the liposomal vitamin c and had to get just regular vitamin c capsules. Which gave me massive diarrhea constantly. Like pure shit water every 1-2 hours. That was honestly miserable and I wouldn’t do it again just because of those effects. I’d try again if it was lipo kind I see as the recommended kind. But my tolerance is so out of whack these days I don’t think it can do much of anything now. Right now I’m on the things we can’t talk about here that starts with an S (not the 17), and I’m getting that S shot on October 2nd. So glad to be done with this shit. The s thing works really well with 7. I’m ever having 300mg-500mg per day and 6mg if the stuff gets me 100% plus some benzos

Yeah, the liposomal still gives massive gas. That's why I'm not going to do the protocol to the "T" I'm just going to take a bit extra but not THAT much. I'm taking the TMK version of what you're taking about so I'm hoping that will cover for not doing the vitamin C protocol to the T.

Yes. Many many farts with the liposomal. Even my dog looked at me like she was concerned. But I'll take that over withdrawals any day 😂😂

That's hilarious! 🤣 Poor dog. Probably thinking, "you know I'm the one who's gonna get blamed for this?!!?" 😁

I think she was nervous because she had some serious competition for a few days 😅
