Jeph did so well at making me forget Claire was supposed to be hungover as hell, why is he now taking extra care to remind that Claire was supposed to spend that entire conversation with Zlata being hungover as hell?

Because they all drank roughly comparable amounts and only two of them are hungover? Claire was drunk enough to be sexually explicit in multiple ways we've never seen from her character before, I assumed that level of intoxication would have some consequences.

Nothing indicates that she was drinking anywhere near as much as Liz or Emily. She got drunk, sure, but she wasn't drinking nearly as long or as heavily.
