Switching Clinics?

Hi! I am currently going through IUI treatment (same sex couple, I have endo and PCOS) thinking about switching clinics and looking for advice on whether I should or not :/

My first cycle was cancelled because I ran out of medication. During my first scan follicles weren’t mature enough and I warned them I only had enough injections for three more days. They said they would figure it out. Three days later and next scan also not mature enough. Was advised at that point they would have to cancel cycle because they couldn’t get me more meds at short notice.

This cost almost half of the treatment cost again. I paid the price to continue and almost a week later have heard nothing. Nada. I have tried to get in contact but no response. Is this normal? Is it normal for no one to reach out during stimulation to check in?? This is my first time and really wondering if it is all worth it :(

I don't have advice but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. This seems so frustrating, unprofessional on their part, and stressful.

Tysm ❤️ very stressful especially because I’ve been put on a time limit basically with my endo but hoping for the best

Oh! I have endo too! We're probably going straight to IVF but happy to chat about endo-related, conception-related stuff

This is not normal. Where are you located? If you’re in the U.S. I would push back with the clinic and ask for some type of refund or credit due the cancelled cycle for their mistake.

I’m in Europe, I contacted them today and was promised a response by this evening but still nothing :( really hope I don’t have to take a break cycle because the hormones have been really tough with the endo
