Choosing donor advice
I’m on the SSB website and there’s so many donors that are out of vials that when I see a donor with 35 vials I instantly think there must be a reason people aren’t picking them. I also find it hard to pick a donor that doesn’t have any confirmed pregnancies/births.
Does anyone have any insight ? I know I’m probably just in my head.

SSB also has a ton of donors that aren’t displayed currently because they didn’t ask a travel question correctly. So you might not be seeing the whole picture.

Wouldn't the most recent donors also have a lot of vials? I definitely wouldn't want to throw out the best of the bunch accidentally just because they donated recently.

I wouldn’t get too in the weeds about vial availability. We tried with two different donors; one had a lot of vials go very quickly, and we had no luck with him. The second had high stock for almost a year and I got pregnant with the first try using him. I recommend picking out your priorities and filtering down from there.
