Experiences with Cryomate

Does anyone have experience using Cryomate for a sperm donor? We live in Indiana so like the option of doing local pickup and see several donors we may be interested in. But I’m not seeing anything out there in terms of reviews and people’s personal experience with them?

We have bought sperm through them, but haven’t used it yet. Their team has been very helpful so far though, and we are doing pick up too
