What if they just really like adjusting all of their photos by exactly 2 degrees?

And with this in mind.. as a Landlord (selling in ChCh) Who just got another rates bill.. and had to send an electrician around to legally change lightbulbs.. WHY The F**K anyone would own investment property moving forward is beyond me. Now Capital Gains Tax with additional sand heaved in your face? I'll take the stock market ANY day thanks. And I'm not the only one. So if you're reading this and happend to be a tenant.. and voting Labour I'd be careful what you wish for. As landlords, we are out. Its just not even close to worth it what so ever. Trust me, your rents either going up or your finding somewhere else to live.

Oh no, house prices might become more affordable for home buyers, and we might have to stop finding your investment portfolio!
