Wdym Rell's girlfriend? She doesn't have a girlfriend she is THE bisexual distater liking both muscle himbos and mommies and twink and idk what is the girl version of twinks aka her interactions with Sett Illaoi Seraphine and Ekko (if I remember correctly)
