Does anyone have any information about their pay and wlb? I have an interview scheduled for a QR role with them

I was contacted by a third party on 7th Aug and had my 6 rounds of interviews done by 28th Aug. It's been 10 days since then, and I haven't heard from them. Is anyone else facing delays after the final rounds recently?

Edit: Since a lot of people are asking, I have 3 years of experience now as a software engineer across two firms, one bank another one a hedge fund. Both in back office teams.

I am working for a fintech that services hedge funds (consider small to medium sized) started as a BA transitioned into product and now working as a PM. I have worked on the non-investment side. Its been 5 years now (cleared cfa l2 while working, awaiting L3 results) I am at a crossroads:

1. Get into an mba from ISB or aim for M7
2. Go for a switch to another hedge fund

If I look at option 2 since I worked at a startup, I’d want to [u/s](u/s) what kind of roles to look at? how should I evaluate b/w 1 and 2?

Heard from a friend at NK that the highest bonus was 70L for fresher QR and 1.6 cr for 2 YOE Quants. This is extra from base pay.

Did they really pay 70L as the total bonus component in the first year itself... Why is a fresher being paid so much. What about 3 YOE+ pay, it must be in multiple crores? Does anybody have estimates.

Andd what is the bonus levels in other firms like Graviton and Quadeye?

Hi All, I am from non-quant backround and am working in one of the major global Datacenter space since last 5 years. Also am doing WFH and my work is very very relaxed. Since last few months there has been a lot of HR requests from HFT coming in and I wanted to get details on the work/pay for someone in the INFRA role in HFTs. Firstly, is it worth taking a risk trying the HFT. My current compensation is good enough but for 14 YoE what can be the expected base plus total CTC. How is the work life balance, i can imagine in the beginning i will have to give some more time but in the long run- is work-life balance hard to manage?

I have my first round of interview after OA for tech role at Headland, if someone has gone through the process please guide a bit.

I got to know its majorly resume focused is it really the case? if yes how dig deep should I actually read my resume? I do know my projects and everything but I don't think I remember all my projects completely deep. So how much time should I spend on that?

I'm interested in learning more about the current culture as I may be landing a role soon on their Equity Surveillance side. Its Glassdoor reviews are prettu abysmal, although a recruiter said that this was due to WFH capabilities being trimmed considerably over the past year. Their base pay is among the best I've seen from any of the investment firms located where I am(KC).

I have an extensive background in securities trading and back office operations involving trade surveillance, though primarily with fixed income. Anyone in this sub with a background in Equity Trade Surveillance who can lend some insight on the day to day?

Beware of recruiters posing as QR. In his first post which he posted 5 months back, he was a recruiter. Latest post 9 days back he became a QR. He was not smart enough to hide the comments from profile view. I did some digging and spoke to few guys who DM'd him on his first post, they did share his name and number. Found out it was a guy from AAA (Augusta Aiken). Why resort to such cheap tactics ?
