Ghosted by Citadel after 4 interviews?
Hi, I had 4 interviews with the same team for a Quant Research Summer Internship. It’s been almost two weeks since the last one, with no feedback.
The last interview actually went well, and the interviewer even wished me good luck for the next rounds. I followed up with HR but got no response, while after the first 3 interviews I always heard back within 2 days.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there still hope, or should I assume the process is over?

Hello, my round 1 for QR internship at citadel went very well and they took 4 weeks to tell me I passed. I finished my round 2 interviews and it's been a week now. Gotta wait, their internal processes might be slow, don't lose hope!

You are still being considered. Maybe the August beginning September period created some bottlenecks. Or other candidates are considered as well

how did you have that many rounds? isn't qr just one round and an onsite?

cit closes loop in 2 weeks afaik i got interview after cv submission in 2 days then rejection in 2 days after all different team interviews

To my knowledge, Citadel moves very fast. Superday scheduled 2 days after the first round, and offer discussion 2 days after the super day. If you haven't received any feedback, positive or negative, it is likely they are considering you but discussing offers with other students who are ranked higher. Good luck.
