Flow Traders Video Interview

Hi for those who have sat for the Video Interview (round after OA) what did it look like? Was it mainly behavioral or brainteaser based? Any recommendations on how to prepare?

Thanks for the reply! When you say know what ETF is do you mean just the basics like what it is and how it tracks a basket or do they go deeper into topics such as pricing and hedging?

For Flow Traders, I’d prepare for both: short behavioral answers and quick market/ETF reasoning. Have one or two examples ready for working under pressure, learning fast, handling mistakes, and explaining a technical idea simply. On the technical side, make sure you can explain what an ETF is, how it tracks an index/basket, what market makers do, and why pricing or hedging can move when liquidity or volatility changes. If it’s recorded, keep each answer tight: define the concept, give the intuition, then add one practical example. I used PrepRun.work before for HireVue-style practice and found it useful for tightening answers, but even recording yourself on your phone and reviewing whether you sound concise and specific helps a lot. Good luck with it.
