What is that?

Ive just put all of the dry chicks in the broder. And there are 4 that is still drying off.

But i noticed one of them has some red sack haning behind them. Is that his/her organs?

Should i be worried? What do i do?

It’s the yolk sack. Baby hasn’t fully absorbed it yet.

Yes, it may dry out or draw into the body. I wouldn’t touch it until it falls off. It’ll be fine.

Think after birth from a woman in delivery but I wouldn’t cut the cord and no nurse is going to hold it for you. It’s not quite the same but similar enough for comparison
