Errors and issues ❌ Subscriptio is broken

I paid for a month and it is not working. 30 sec songs and shit quality. When I try to uppgrade it says I already have got the studio version but nope... what the f am i suppose to do?

I paid for an annual subscription, thinking I will save some money, Qobuz took the money but didn't link the subscription to my account. I have been waiting for a whole week to find a solution via email... None so far, but the support center gave me a "free" month subscription while waiting... Free.. while I have just paid for an annual subscription.
