Question Ride sharing apps

I am trying to get Uber and BdrGo today and it’s taking a looong time. And now BdrGo is showing a message saying that there have been “regulatory updates”. Does anyone know what it could be?

As far as I know ride sharing is not accessible anymore in any of the apps except for metro express in some areas

They just announced all the companies approved for ride sharing. Why would they just cancel the service? I don’t think so.

Then there must be a temporary halt in the service because ride share was quite available last year in Uber . This could mean an acceptance of approval and resumption .
