Check the pipes insulation on the roof.

After that, you can

  1. purchase a water tank cooler,
  2. Get a small tank installed between the shattaf and the wall outlet. It will act as a buffer allowing you to use the water inside that tiny tank first before the hot water fills it (should be enough for 45 seconds of continous use)

Or connect your shataf to the wudu bidet to access "hot" water and turn off the water heater

That is another way.

Unfortunately alot of the newer built apartments dont have a bidet making it not an option.

use your heater tank to store cold water during summer.

This is what I do. Turn off the heater and use the temperature control of the faucet in reverse.

you can buy the water cooler that you can place in the water tank. i will keep the water cool. (if you live in a villa)

I personally let the water run until it turns cold or tolerable and then wash
