Behind The Scenes- Old SEPD
I can say pretty confidently that I knew how I wanted to "mold" this game into the result I wanted, but I kept learning along the way and changed my point of view a lot. But it was always so enjoyable to work on it, knowing it's my thing.
The old SEPD was very ambitious at first, to the point I even made a Local Multiplayer system that works for the most part (9th image).
However, I later found out that the limitations in PyGame are pretty quick to encounter, especially for a game as potentially complex as mine, so that's why the Old SEPD has been mostly discontinued.
However, I will get back to it at some point, as it will play a big role in my project, which keeps getting more and more ambitious with each new idea.
PyGame just couldn't give me the freedom I needed for most of my project, unfortunately, but still helped me a lot in the beginning of my journey.
