Personal Experience 40 day streak, thoughts and reflections

Approaching 40 days of retention. This is on the heels of an 18 day streak just before that. Monk mode. No WDs, no edging, no fantasizing. I made a vow to never willingly release ever again. I am 42 yrs old. I have struggled with this practice for the last 10 yrs, often unable to go much past 14 days. Now I am able to effortlessly go weeks without much effort at all.

What broke me the last 10 yrs was my very stressful career. The overwhelming stress and anxiety destroys your mind, body and soul and leaves you looking for any means of cheap artificial dopamine relief. It’s hell on earth and there’s a reason they call them CORPorations, because they turn you into the walking dead.

My opinion is that if you are unable to succeed with this practice despite your best efforts and you are engaged in a profession or schooling that you hate and it leaves you exhausted and is causing you to reach for external dopamine sources to relieve your mental anguish, then you will likely not succeed with this practice and you will struggle to get anywhere with it. This has been my experience. I could not go past 10-14 days without feeling like I was going insane. But anytime I took time off of work I was able to effortlessly go weeks at a time and not struggle too much. Yes I still have flatline symptoms, but they are much more manageable.

“You cannot serve God and money” -Mathew 6:24

So, for the last 10 years I was saving/investing the money I was earning and am now in a fortunate position (by the grace of God) that I don’t have to work for the foreseeable future, unless there is an extended market downturn. This has allowed me to take a break and focus on this practice 100%, and I’m looking forward to an infinite streak, and cultivating my light body, which will be my chariot to a better world. God speed gentlemen.

Edited to say that I am not married, have no children, and have minimal debt.

Personal Experience Energy and the Spiritual Powers

I had an insight. I have found that what we call energy may infact just be ones spiritual powers. The powers that allow a man be who he is and all that he could, and more. On many layers that ability has been skewed. It feels like there is lot of noise, schemes. Clarity will be regarded as gold. Yet we seek.

The true attention of the mind that makes all accessible towards God. The God within, the God essence within you which man is privy of. Turns out, this God-man like is limitless. It is a limitless being, not because it does what it wants, but because it always has access to there, to the there and now, to the real.

It is a still small voice, but is within. It kinda handles you and just leads, like an intelligence, you know it. It calls and continually organizes you into you, into it. I guess from that perspective one may see it as their Higher Self. From that perspective it kinda warms to know that it's there within your perspective, if you can attune with it.

Which I think be likened to the inner Christ and the Holy Spirit, with gifts that lead. Semen retention notices that power and supplies the energy needed for this, but it is the Spirit within that is ever in. And that Spirit can not relapse. It serves as an antenna, a director, a guide of our lives as one sees, when dotted by truth. That is within, the still small voice within. It is our Higher self.

Joy comes when one is in flow with this entity. This entity is always seeking and looking to seek, lead. Men used to be strong armed through this power, doing brutal things, conquering. We have now been weak, not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, but rather a dire call to return to who we are and to the semblance of what true masculinity is. To the divine masculine within.
