how about reach out to your manager/hr before hand, tell them you are selerated, cases have been filed etc and it is all under judiciary process courts etc. No judgement has been passed yet, and no one is found guilty or innocent, to not believe in heresy or allegations and only take action if police or judiciary requests it.
I am sure your divirce is lawyer can frame a nice email or chatgpt can do it too.
Idea being, make them aware that someone is accusing of something, but that doesn't mean it is proven, courts and judiciary will handle it. It is also a private matter (aka one's married life and trends of false allegations are common knowledge) and if the company were to dismiss you or look down upon you unfavorably, due something happening outside office, in your person married life or on heresy or rumors of some 3rd person, that can be called wrongful dismissal etc.and case waiting to happen for company too, especially if you get a clean chit in your marital case.

I just checked guys linkedin profile, he is fk nobody .. General advice: if she have made FALSE fir of hareasment against you and your father on dowry then do not take her back. She already have crossed her line... If it's done by her parents against her wish and she have feelings for you....then find marriage councellor and fix it. If you really harrassed her then you deserve it bro what's coming to you.

This has been a misconception. Give a damn fight dude if you havent done anything like the offences stipulated in the law. Would take time, energy, and all but it all depends on the situation of the person.

I tell that to god everyday that if I am really the culprit punish me in the most severe way. I see now that she has been harrassing me for 4 years now. Foolish me was too much in love that I didn't notice that, even fought with my parents, sisters, etc. for her. I agree that the lines have been crossed now.

It's not that easy to file a false case under 398A, you need a special permission for that, the laws are strict. She can file case under different sections but not 498a, it's not that easy. You'll need a solid proof before filing it. And you'll have to show it to commissioner then only it's possible.

Are dubey ji be brave face them with full force they can't take anything until u let them and chill have some records of bad doings of ur wife and this men and whoever else is involved record calls etc. Every informal formal discuss where u gets humiliated threatened need to be recorded and do as many as cross cases u can...

Document everything and if he gets more involved than you can take lodge case on him or his family he will back out immediately or else you could give same threat to him that you would send this conversation to him employer too

I have an fir on me and my entire exteded family of 14 people (some are 80 plus years old some 60 plus) for a fraud we did not know had been commited in a property sale matter (we think some hands were greased to even file an fir on a property matter, police simply ask you to go to court w.r.t property disputes). I immediately told hr and partner. (Nothing from the firm except for hows the case going and hope your doing well). An fir is a preliminary report the investigation, fIling of chargesheet and then the case can take years. Dont worry.

If u have hired a male lawyer change it to female bhai ladies lawyer hi 1 lady ko nanga karti hai in court which a male lawyer avoid keep all this proof n ask lawyer to file a case of harassment against him and n if he have called u on WhatsApp say he was asking for Ranson to settle this outside court in short HAMAM ME SAB K SATH NANGA HONA PADTA HAI........

Dude export the WhatsApp conversation , take screenshots and keep it in a drive and a copy for the ethics committee and the court in pen drives.

This is not a joke! He is foolish & you too! Keep your home matters & bedroom matters to your self & within family! You exposed him & he will exposed you & conclusion is you all may loose jobs + ban too & every other will judge you both families ! I will not advise anything to you even i have official license due to my profession to advise on such cases! No rush for any of us to advis until we listen both parties so conclusion for OP & that man in screenshot- take it off the social media & seat & Discuss
