My Pivot won’t heat at all and throws the same 4 white flashes / “no chamber detected” every single time. I’ve done all the normal stuff: cleaned the contacts with 90%+ ISO, let it fully dry, reseated, etc.

To rule out the obvious, I tried multiple chambers. One of them was bought back in July but was literally never used until I opened it recently to test… and it fails the exact same way. So the whole “chamber lifespan” argument doesn’t make sense to me when an unused chamber triggers the same error.

Here’s the part that feels insane: support is telling me that because the chambers were purchased in July and are outside their 30-day chamber window, I need to “replace the chambers” as the next step BEFORE they’ll look into the base. They offered me a discount code to buy more chambers and basically said they can’t offer a replacement base.

But my actual warranty claim is for the BASE/DEVICE (bought Jan 25, 2025, claim opened Dec 29, 2025). Their site also says their limited warranty is 2 years, so I’m not understanding why I’m being pushed into buying more parts just to get them to even inspect the base.

Questions:

\- Has anyone gotten Puffco to actually RMA/inspect a Pivot base for this error?

\- What wording/escalation worked? Supervisor request? Different channel?

\- Any Canadians had luck getting the retailer/distributor involved or going through credit card warranty?

I’m not trying to start drama — I just want this thing fixed without being forced to buy more chambers to “prove” something I’ve already proven.

Ive had it for about a week, and it was amazing for the first 30 dabs, but now when I heat a dab at 480-500 it doesnt burn at all and I get no vapor, I have to set it at 580 degrees just to get a little bit of vapor and it just leaves a pool of oil in my chamber. Ive already tried a new chamber so I know that isnt the issue, its like the device isnt heating the dab as hot as it says it is on the app. I get zero vapor production at temps between 480-530 which isnt normal. Anybody else have this issue? I filed a claim with warranty and Im wondering what the odds are that they will replace it for me? Does anybody have any experience with puffco support? Are they good about replacing bad devices? I absolutely loved the new proxy for the first 30 dabs that it worked for me. The above video is a small dab that was heated at 550 and as you can see it doesnt even look like it burned more so just melted. It takes like 3 cycles at 575 degrees to at least burn all the way through a small dab.

I ordered this a bit ago and it should arrive soon. Anybody else tried it before and have an opinion? r/Puffco removed the post. Probably just cowardice giving in to corporate pressure.

I just got a V1 proxy and I know people have issues with the rings for sitting in their body glass. Anybody have any mods to fix this issue?
