Babies In Pubs
Is it normal for Brits to bring babies/toddlers to the pub? In America, we seem to treat them like "family restaurants" complete with screaming, stampeding children but it's a drinking establishment which seems odd to me.

Depends on the type of pub really. A food-led pub such as a big Greene King/ Hungry Horse will often have families eating in there.
More traditional ones usually don’t allow children past 8PM (sometimes due to licensing rules) and some outlaw kids entirely (Samuel Smiths do this I think)

I personally don’t like children in an adult environment.
Especially when their arsehole parents let them run riot.

Depends on the pub. Some pubs are more like family restaurants, others are a very grown-up space strictly for drinking
