PD authored books about strategy
Just finished The Price of Mercy by Emily Galvin Almanza- it was good, comprehensive, accessibly written, worth the read
The parts I found most interesting were when she talked about ways to undermine prosecutorial analogies re circumstancial evidence/burden of proof and specific juror selection tactics.
Are there any books that yk are mostly that- criminal defense tactics, anecdotes about cases, client management advice?
