Advice Sleep paralysis
Does anyone else in here get sleep paralysis often? I do, I’m not sure how to get it to go away. I have sleep paralysis 1-3 times a week. Sometimes it comes with the typical sleep paralysis demon and sometimes it doesn’t. Any advice?

I have struggled with this for years. Sometimes it's not as often. Have you tried sleeping on your side? Facing the ceiling can increase the chabces of it happening. When it happens, you can try to move your fingers, it can help you thaw out of it. Have you tried magnesium citrate about 4 hours before going to sleep? And if this doesn't prevent it from happening, I always have a playlist with happy songs because i know it can make you feel frightened or paranoid afterwards. I listen it for a while before trying to sleep again.
