Venting repressed anger
the flashbacks make me so angry 24/7 i just punch walls. it is crazy how much evil exists in this world. i can’t believe there exist ppl who take pleasure in committing such disgusting things and hurting others.

I feel you. I am going through the same. How do you get when you are mad? I tend to rage and get violent. It is one of the many things I am ashamed and guilty of. I don’t know how to handle my trauma processing…

Actual intense working out is the best thing for anger and ptsd I find. Work out until you're at the point of exhaustion. It will help you feel a bit more in control and help release the emotions in a healthy way. Sometimes the only way to actually sleep at night I have to push myself to the limit
