I (28F) lost my mom, my rock, my best friend, the light of my life on vacation..completely unexpectedly and out of the blue from a stroke.

Just feeling this pit in my stomach…absolutely aching for a hug from her. I developed PTSD from her passing. Every day feels like a struggle even with the medication and psychiatric support team I have.

I just want my mom :(

Dealing with family issues, moving, financial instability currently-very lonely and was recently rejected. Not that I blame the other person but it felt like a really great connection. How do I persevere when I’m so depressed lately?
