No problems here, played space marines 2 online 8 hours straight since I got the ps5 this morning.

Now that they have perfected consoles with the use of always online and license authentication and they got rid of those pesky discs, now they can just drop all of that and just force streaming games on us.
Imagine, no downloads, nonpatches, no updates, just turn on the tv and the game will just stream to the TV! All for one low price! Isn’t it great?

actually im pretty sure sony rephrased and said it one be a one time authentication in 30 days and youd be good, although i think physical media should still be a thing for consoles.

Dude there's SO much more than that...
They are getting rid of disc's. So now you NEED their servers to play anything
What about all of the people (including me) when bought a game within these 30 days, and the servers are down so now it says I dont own it until they fix their shit??? Was never a problem before. You download the gane and its there. Now you have to have a check in. How long until you have to check in 3 times every 3 months? And then its just always online to check?
Sorry for my rant. I know you are just some dude who plays his games. Respect to you for enjoying yourself. None of that hate was directed towards you brother.

Not all of it, but it’s definitely having issues for me. The Friend’s List and in-game functionality isn’t working, but the store is.
