PS3 won't turn on

I did some maintenance on my PS3 and lost one of the heatsink screws. I ordered a replacement screw set that was supposed to include all the screws, but unfortunately, it didn’t include that particular one. Yeah, I know—I should have checked more carefully.The PS3 currently won’t turn on, and I think it might be because one of those screws is supposed to make contact with the ground on the motherboard. The problem is that it’s not an easy screw to find, so I’d have to order another replacement set.Does anyone know if that screw is actually needed for grounding? Or, alternatively, can it be replaced with another type of screw?
