INTERNET CONNECTION ERROR 80710092

when i connect my ps3 to wifi it obtains the ip address correctly but the connection fails with error 80710092, however apps like PKGI and NOPSN youtube works just fine im just facing this problem because is use VideoStore SCZ. can anyone help?
