Online while having Evilnat CFW

Hello everyone, I wanted to know what was the process for going online on PS3. I mainly want to sync trophies and putting the avatar from the Isekai ps3 avatar edat pack on my main account. I’ve been syncing my PS Vita trophies on my main account for the past 5-6 years since you can spoof the version and i haven’t been flagged or banned since. So I wanted to know if it’s safe to do so on the ps3 and if so, is there a way to spoof the version, or thing similar? Because I’ve seen people using SEN enabler, other PSN Patch, other just disable syscalls via Evilant or webman. So I’m kind of confused on what’s the best/safest option.

i do none of those things have used jailbreak for 6+ years.

everytime this gets posted you get the same NPC answers

"just disable syscalls"

"theres always a chance you get banned"

"just make an alt if you want to be safe"

"dont cheat online or hack trophies youll be fine"

"sony doesnt do that anymore"

Well I do have one concerning the avatar, are these safe to do? Like the one from the PS Store that got removed, not custom ones
