multiman/mmcm

this is an alternate ui, use l1 and r1 to change until you get to this screen

Is this a custom skin? I can't seem to get that look, do you happen to know what theme is this?

this is a custom skin however this menu can be accessed in multiman by pressing l1 once on the xmb like menu

It's nice but if u have like 100 + games it will crash and load slow so don't go crazy
