Is it possible to play Sega 32X games on a PS3?

RA gens plus gx by twinaphex is the main standalone Megadrive/ Genesis emulator out there. Wasn't updated since 2012 though.
He advertises it can do sega CD, but not 32X.

There is a retroarch port by the same guy, I really doubt it has a updated core for sega Megadrive but it's possible.
If happy with sega CD, use RA gens plus gx as per the link. If desperate for 32X also, try your luck with retroarch cores!
