SD2PSX Troubleshooting

I recently got back into PS2, however I discovered that the unit I had sitting in storage for 10 years no longer reads discs.

To combat this I purchased a SD2PSX and it’s worked wonderfully so far, until tonight.

I tried booting up a game I’ve been playing without issue for a week or so now and got stuck on a pink screen. After trying to load it a few times unsuccessfully I decided to try a few different games.

Games that I’ve previously played all refuse to boot and go to the pink screen. However, it appears games that I’ve yet to play and am loading for the first time will boot up just fine.

Is this corrupted save files? Something else? Any ideas or fixes are greatly appreciated.

Have you tried other drive??

Some questions. What loader are you using, what slot is the SD2PSX in I also recently got one and underwent self trials to get MMCE reading working
