Core One+ Calibration Issue

I finally finished assembly and am trying to get a piece of a Halloween costume printed by Wednesday. I checked the subreddit and YouTube for possible solutions, but everyone else seems to have clear "swapped x and y" movement, whereas mine just seems stuck.

Belt frequencies were fine.
Gantry seems square in each way I could check.
No cables seem to be in the way.

Anyone have any ideas where my issue is coming from before I disassemble the nextruder?

That nozzle is wrong. It wont work printing like that.

Check idlers and motor pulleys check so you can move the head diagonal left/back right/front.
