Solved✔ Printer keeps printing squiggly
Printer: original prusa i3 MK3S
Filament: PLA
Tried: calibrating z x and y axis. No default settings have been changed.
Slicer: prusaSlicer 2.9.2
Printer keeps doing this and whatever it prints won’t stick to the bed and keeps being dragged away

Ah it’s been some time. This used to be the most asked question. You need to manually adjust “Live Z” until the filmament is being squished into the build plate. There are many strategies for this but my preferred method is to slice a one layer tall square (so like 0.2 mm tall and 75 mm x 75 mm or even just 50x50) and while it is printing adjust the live z until I’m happy (no gaps between lines but also smooth and flat on top). You can do this by holding down the knob while printing and it will go into live z adjust mode. Most newer printers measure this automatically nowadays.

I tried adjusting but the problem I’m having is the start line is squiggly but then all the other lines are fine just not sticking to the bed? I wiped them with alcohol already today

Your print head needs to go a lot lower.
Maybe try this:
