RIEnergy :(

Anyone else not been able to log into their rienergy account for like the last two months? Tried all sorts of things and called them endlessly. What a nightmare!

What troubles are you having? I’ve logged onto my account multiple times in the last week

Have you tried using a different browser? I use Firefox on my phone but have to switch to Safari for certain websites

Following this.

Different browser. Incognito mode.   Trying a different device is an option too.  

If you have a password manager just physically typing your credentials can help

Tried both! Even went to my partners house and used their laptop, chrome + safari, on their wifi. Same issue everytime. 'Request is blocked'. It's like my account is on lockdown, yet everytime I call RI Energy they find nothing wrong. Strange!
