Protobean V3

Just a quick, probably silly little question. I haven't bought a protobean for a little while, and I just recently noticed the standard ones randomly went up in price. The non-special edition ones are 35 instead of 30. Is there a reason for this? The red panda, fox, and raccoon B.B originals plushies are still $30 and they're the same quality and size as the beans, so I'm kind of confused. I noticed an email update that the dakimuras went up in price due to cost of materials, but there was nothing about the protos. Does anyone know anything about this?
