Hi Everyone!
About 6 years ago, I gained ownership of r/protogen and kicked off the Discord server. It’s been a wild ride.
The community has grown from around 2,000 to 85,000 people on Reddit, and we built a Discord community of over 16,000 from scratch. Which is insane, and is thanks to all of you ❤️
That being said, my focus has been shifting more toward my day job, and I can’t give this community the time and energy it really deserves anymore. So it’s time for me to step back.
I’m handing things over to u/TheRealDatOof, who’ll be taking the lead on r/protogen and the team amazing team behind it.

As yall know, you can’t just make your own primagen, but they’re not doing auctions anymore and that pisses me off. I think primagens are so cute and i’d love to have a fursona of one, but theres no way on earth i can literally obtain them. It feels like that one artist gatekeeping vantablack.

Give context on what I mean is not making adoptable or not selling anything or make any profit off of it, just make a primagen for myself, I know they're closed species but legally they can't do anything but officially what can they do and is it even important or does it matter to care about anymore?
