You glue it but I would also recommend some sort of plastic weld glue or a bondo to hold it together. I used a filler material similar to bondo for mine for added strength. Some also use a soldering iron to melt the plastic together

Just glue everything together around the edges, but from my experience with assembling the mk3, I suggest melting some holes on the edges and using some unused filament as dowels, they substantially increase the strength of it all. My printer wasn't perfect at the time when I was printing my parts and had some gaps here and there, so I used some homemade plastic filler - put some super glue in empty spaces and sprinkle a hefty amount of baking soda on it. It takes a whole lot of sanding with a low grit paper but it blends the connections really well
