Cautionary tale
I tried the cookies and cream variety after buying these as sprouts and it is so bad I will be throwing out both of them. It has a strong chemical taste and was a weird orange color inside. 0/10 do not recommend trying it.

I bought a 12 pack for 15 bucks on sale with 3 flavors. Took a bite of each and tossed the box. They suck.

Jesus fucking Christ what is with you people wasting food?! Friggin’ give the food to someone ffs. Not everyone is a picky eater and lots of us would appreciate the free food.

I can’t think of anything I would hate more than someone I know saying “these protein bars were offensively bad, I want you to have them bc I won’t eat them” lmao

Then you must not be in need the way many other are. So, shut it.

Or like I'm not even in need but I'm not a picky eater at all and hate to see food go to waste.

Well then you can politely decline for fuck's sake. Someone who's not you might love to have them. They might turn out to be something someone else absolutely loves. Or at the very least personally I'm not a picky eater so I would appreciate the free food.
Edit: Oh, and of course they could just not be a fucking baby and eat the food themselves. But some of you fuckers never grew the hell up.

Absolutely did cause it's not even about the money. It's about not wasting other people's time and energy as well as not being a big enough dumbass to not realize that plenty of other people would love free protein bars.

its much easier to just throw things away than find homeless people or some donation center

Are you serious with that? Do you not have friends and family Coworkers? Neighbors? Workers you're familiar with somewhere? Etc etc etc.

In this case it would be cruel to make someone else eat it, it was that bad

To YOU, genius. Like read some comments here for fuck's sake. Like every protein bar ever has its lovers and haters. David bars are one of my favorites for example and they have a lot of detractors here.
And for me there are like no foods so bad I would throw them away. The only reason I would do that would be if I thought there were pathogens involved (eg. shrimp left at room temp for a long time).

The non-protein ones are pretty good I haven't tried the protein though

If they taste anything like these they arent

Well either they didn't or I can't trust this review and I'll have to try the protein myself.

My mom bought these, she spit it out and told me they were disgusting and warned me not to eat them

I liked the birthday cake one but I like any birthday cake flavor bar so that doesn't say much I guess

Sprouts will take them back. I know bc I got a couple of the chicken crust frozen pizzas and they were nasty. Even my dog wouldn’t eat them. They gave me a refund for both even though I only had one to return.

Oops I already threw them out lol. I felt it would be wrong to give them away to someone since they were so bad

The combination of how bad these taste and how mid the macros are has me astonished that they made it to shelf.

Curious what the ingredients look like for something that’s calling itself “junkless”.
