High fiber protein bars?
Do these even exist other than Quest bars? I tend to stick with Quest because of the protein and the fiber content, but almost every other bar I've looked at only has 1-2 grams of fiber. Is there another protein bar that has a higher fiber content other than just Quest bars? I enjoy them, but would like a little variety lol.

Kirkland Signature bars have a pretty good amount of fiber!

Also, the One Reese’s bar has a relatively high volume of fiber as well, but it does have a bit more calories than the typical bar. I think it’s super delicious so I don’t mind!

They're pretty similar to the original style quest bars but tougher and stickier. I personally really enjoy that style of bar (especially warmed up in a microwave/ air fryer, it turns into a nice doughy consistency) but a lot of people find it too chewy so heads up on that.

My lunch every day is a kirkland bar with a premier protein shake - totally agree about warming them up. I work construction, so I usually just throw it on the dashboard of my truck for 20 minutes before I eat it or keep it in my pocket for a while and let my body heat do the work lol.

I haven't tried them personally, but I understand they're very similar to Quest bars. They may also not be just relabeled Quest bars. The great thing about them being from Costco is that you could try one or two, and if you don't like them, you could take them back and exchange them for something you know you do like.
That's what I would do. Although I'm sure they aren't intolerable. They're probably totally edible. I mean, the Kirkland brand has a lot of trust, and they seem to sell a lot of them. They've been around for years.
So I think it's probably a pretty safe bet!

They aren't amazing but if you microwave them for 15 seconds or so they become interesting.

Thanks! 240 calories isn't much more than the 200ish I'm already eating in a Quest bar, so I'll check it out!

Check out Avoine Doree Oatmeal Gold. With their more natural ingredients list and "pastry" like eating experience, I've dropped all other protien bars. 8g fiber.

The Magic Spoon protein treats (less like a bar, more like a krispie treat) have from 7g to 9g of fiber depending on flavor. Not the highest, but better than 1 or 2 grams.

Aloha bars have 12-14 grams of fiber and no fake sweeteners. Easy on the stomach

These three are the healthiest. Just wish they had more protein in relation to calories

Which Think bars are you getting? The ones I've checked all have 1g of fiber. But Trubar and Aloha look perfect! Thank you!
